This weekend retreat is planned for the long weekend in September which means you will still have a day to catch-up on chores before you return to work on Tuesday 1 October.
This is also the Super New Moon weekend. This magical phase provides a reset where goals are renewed, desires are set, and new intentions are made.

Visit to Bodhinyana Forest Monastery
Saturday morning we will take a food offering to the monks at local Buddhist monastery at Serpentine https://bswa.org/location/bodhinyana-monastery/ .
Currently there are around 25 monks living in huts in the forest. Around 10.30 in the morning monks will come for their daily meal. We will offer food to them and share a meal with the community.
After the meal we will have an opportunity to have a group discussion with the abbot Ajahn Brahm https://bswa.org/teachers/ajahn-brahm/
The all inclusive price includes accommodation in shared rooms, beautiful clean and light communal bathrooms, all vegetarian meals (can cater for special dietary requirements) and all activities.
Please bring a yoga mat or equivalent, a blanket, a pillow case and bed sheets. Pillows and duvets will be supplied.
